Changing the name of a service ticket is easy, and can be changed both at the creation stage and when editing in the Scheduled stage. If the ticket is marked as complete, move it back to “Scheduled” to enable editing.
When adding a new service job, move the cursor over to the service ticket name. This will populate the Knowify edit icon (pencil and paper), and the entry box can be clicked to edit. Type directly into the box to change the name:
If the ticket has already been scheduled, as shown below, click Edit to change the ticket’s information:
Upon entering the ticket, you will see the same screen as when it was created. As done before, click into the box to directly edit the name:
