If you need to adjust any of the information in your service ticket, including the address, date, time, and notes, you can do this by going to your service jobs page under service map. To start editing, click the ticket on the left, and it should pop up an edit button on the right:
When editing, you’ll be brought to a similar screen to the one where you created the ticket:
You won’t be able to change the Client or the Billing Style (Time and Materials need to stay Time and Materials, and fixed needs to stay as fixed) but the rest of the data can be edited. When you’re done, click “Save Changes” on the right side of the screen.
