If you’re using Knowify’s Service Ticket system, there are two things that must be done in order to switch a ticket’s status from “Pending” to “Scheduled”.
First, you’ll need to make sure you choose a billing style / price:
- One option is to setup the ticket as Time and Materials:
- Or you can choose an item from the catalog:
Second, you’ll need to schedule at least one person onto the ticket:
Then hit the “Create” or “Save Changes” button to confirm:
