  1. Set a default service for time entries. If time entries sync over and there is a service that doesn’t exist in QuickBooks, you can set a default service that will appear instead, rather than causing an error. For example, if a time entry was submitted for a service that didn’t exist in QBO, “Hours” would be selected.
  2. Select a default service for deposits.
  3. Select a default account for retainage from AIA invoices.
  4. If you would like to alter a class or location for a specific job, you can do so by changing he next two columns that correspond with the job in this column.
  5. Change the class.
  6. Change location.
