6a. This is the name of the phase.
6b. This is the name of the Job that the phase is in – you can also click here to go to the job.
6c. This is the name of the address for the job that the phase is in.
7a. This will show you the start date for the phase. If you click here a screen will appear that will allow you to change the date and other details about the scheduling (7e.).
7b. This will show you the end date for the phase. If you click here a screen will appear that will allow you to change the date and other details about the scheduling (7e.).
7c. This shows you how many days this phase will last.
7d. If it says unscheduled here this means you have not scheduled it yet but you can schedule it by clicking here. If you click here a screen will appear that will allow you to change the date and other details about the scheduling (7e.).

- Resources: This column will show you any resources that you have scheduled to be on the phase. A resource can be a person/user or piece of equipment
8a. Here you will see a name of a user/piece of equipment you have scheduled on the phase.
8b. This indicates the amount of additional users/equipment you have scheduled on the phase in addition to the user listed in 8a. If you hover over this number it will list all resources scheduled on this phase.
- Information: This is a column that will give you a bit more information about your phase
9a. Here you can see if your phase is pending scheduling, behind schedule, or on time. Pending scheduling means that you have not scheduled it in your job board yet. Behind schedule means that you have scheduled it in the job board but no one has worked on it yet. On time means that you have scheduled it and approved time for workers on this phase.
9b. This is where you can find how many comments have been left in this phase. To view the comments click on the number next to the speech bubble.
10. Status: This status tells you where the phase stands either pending, active or closed.
10a. You can change the status of the phase by clicking here. Pending means that it has not started yet, active means it is currently in progress, and closed means that it is a completed phase.
7e. This screen allows you to edit the scheduling details for the phase specified in this header.
7f. This is the start date for the phase and can be changed by clicking on it and choosing a different date from the calendar.
7g. This is the end date for the phase and can be changed by clicking on it and choosing a different date from the calendar.
7h. This is the amount of days that it will take to complete the phase – this can be changed by clicking inside the box and changing the number. Changing the number here will change the end date to be that many days away from the start date.
7i. This specifies the types of days that are counted. You can choose between calendar days or business days. Calendar days counts all days while business days will only count days that you are open (as indicated in your admin section).
7j. This will bring you to your job board to where this phase is scheduled.
7k. This will submit and save this information and update the phase.
7l. This will cancel and close the screen disregarding any changes you have made here.
