If you need to offer options within your proposals, Knowify has some tools to help! You’ll still want to add the options as their own line items, however you can set the value of the line item to $0 so that it does not factor into the total proposal price. The price for the options should be included in either the line item name or in the line item details.
You even have the option to hide the line item prices so that you aren’t displaying any $0 values, and instead will just have the list of line items with the total proposal price at the bottom.
When you send the proposal out for signature, if your client chooses the Accept&Sign or request revision option, they will be able to leave a note/comment. This would be an area they can use to list any of the options that they are choosing, so that you will be notified as soon as they submit their request from the E-signature page.
