Users with Admin privileges have the ability to reset the password of other Knowify users. This is the best way to assign a password, or change it in the event that one of the employees in your company forgets their password. Changing a password is a quick and simple process, displayed in the walkthrough below:
To begin, click on the person icon in the top right corner of your screen. This button will open up the account panel, shown in the following window: In the account panel, select admin section. This section will give you access to the users in your account. In this window, we have selected Users, as highlighted above, which displays the both the User Information form as well as the list of users in your Knowify account. Notice that the User Information field is blank until we select a user. In this case, we’ll select Clayton Kershaw. You will know a user has been selected by the blue Edit Mode icon next to the User’s name. This will load all of the User information into the form. Next, you will scroll down to the bottom of the screen. At the bottom of the page, you will see a More Actions button. Clicking this will open a drop-down giving you the option to reset the User’s password.
This will prompt you to enter the new password twice, then click Submit.
**We highly recommend you test the new password before asking the user to login**
