Customize

  1. Upload a new company logo. This logo will display on all of your documents.
  2. Subscribing customers can email us and request a custom template for proposals and invoices. 
  3. Choose a numbering system that works for your invoices and purchase orders.
  4. Enable AIA-style invoices. Also known as G702s and G703s, or pay applications.
  5. Choose whether or not to require scheduling for time tracking purposes. Without this enabled, time can be added for anyone’s timesheet on any job, regardless of whether they were scheduled.
  6. Change the text that displays the link for e-signatures on your proposals.
  7. Choose to make only admin users and users with unlimited approval authority to view cost information.
  8. Choose to make only admin users and users with unlimited approval authority to profits.
  9. Choose to make only admin users and users with unlimited approval authority to view the dashboard.
  10. Choose whether to display a job description box in fixed price jobs.
  11. Decide whether to enable to the service jobs feature, which allows for the creation of service tickets.
  12. Specify whether you would rather use actual costs or committed costs when calculating job performance.
  13. Decide if you would like to take Work-In-Progress into account when calculating job profitability.
  14. Set a job-costing style that will automatically be highlighted when creating a new job.
  15. Set a default payment terms for your bids.
  16. Set a default address for purchase orders for materials to be sent to.
  17. Choose whether to hide or reveal closed jobs for job costing purposes.
  18. Hide or display jobs in the bidding stage for mobile app users.

  1. Create jobs as subclients in Knowify.
  2. Pull expenses from QuickBooks to Knowify.
  3. Pull in credit card expenses to Knowify.

Taxes are pulled in via QuickBooks. If not connected to a QuickBooks account, tax rates can be added here.
