Once inside the app, navigate to the “clipboard” icon on the bottom. This icon will only be available to you if you can schedule resources. This view shows you all of the work orders you and your crew have for today. Click on a job to see more details.
Once inside the work order, you can add or view comments, mark the work order as complete or you can add time for the crew members who are assigned to this job. This is helpful for putting in time for many crew members at once.
Keep in mind that time must be reviewed and approved by a Knowify admin before it can become billable or payable.
