While there may be a few other reasons specific to the user, one of the most common reasons Knowify will not load properly is due to the browser. Among the wide variety of web browsers, we support Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer, are not supported by Knowify. Consult with the chart below to see if this issue may be the cause of the problem:
