Is there a trial version?

Yes. We offer a free trial of Knowify for 14 days. We encourage you to reach out for a free demo of Knowify before you get going. Once you are in the system, we recommend trying to manage your most recent job or work order in Knowify to see if Knowify can fit in your business.

Do you provide free training?

Yes! We will provide free training to the person who will use Knowify the most in your organization. Training is usually a one hour long process where we watch your screen and guide you through how to best use Knowify for your business.
Also, for those who like to learn by themselves or in group settings, we offer a free collection of tutorials and webinars.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, for monthly subscriptions you can cancel your plan whenever you feel Knowify is not helping you as you expected. We work very hard to deliver the best business tools in the cloud but staying with us it is completely up to you. For yearly subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee since the day of purchase. After those 30 days, fees are non-refundable.

I use an old browser, will Knowify work?

As we rely on the latest technology to provide the best web-based experience, some functionalities may be limited on old browsers. We will let you know if your browser limits the way to use Knowify and help you download a new version if you wish to.

What do you do with my business data?

Over the last two decades, we have been storing and securing financial data. We hope you can trust us to use our experience to protect your data and ensure you have full control over it.

Can I easily switch plans after I get started?

Yes, you can switch to a different plan and the change will take effect in the following billing period. We will let you know in advance if this change may affect the way you use Knowify in the future.

Are there any differences between the web and the smartphone versions?

The app version, called Knowify Mobile, is designed for field workers to get information about jobs, clock in/out, update pictures, or mark tasks as complete, so it’s a simplified version of Knowify. The web version is designed for the office, but it can also be used on a tablet in the field if you wish to!

Is there a hosted version of Knowify?

We do not offer a hosted version of Knowify right now. We believe that we can provide you a better service over the web and we hope you trust our experience in managing and securing sensitive data.
