Though there are phases that won’t require labor hours to be tracked, Knowify makes checking into jobs easy. Instead of cluttering up your smartphone app, labor can be disabled from a phase, keeping it from being listed.
Below, Job 12 contains two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 has a materials budget, though has not had its labor enabled. Phase 2, however, has enabled labor and is ready to add an employee to this phase. On the mobile app, only Phase 2 should be available to check in to, while Phase 1 should be invisible:
