If you’ve submitted a Purchase in Knowify and need to make changes to it, you can do this while the purchase is still open and a bill hasn’t been logged against it yet. To start this process, open up the purchase to get to the details screen:
Inside the Purchase Details, you can choose Edit from the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the screen:
This will open up the purchase as if you’re adding a new purchase into the system so you can make any adjustments before re-saving.
