If you’d like to see a summary of all time entries, purchases, bills, and another expenses associated with a Service Ticket in Knowify, you can open up additional details to see this listed, similarly to the Activity tab of a Contract Job. To start this process, go to the Service History section of your Service Jobs module to find the ticket in mention, then click the arrow on the lefthand side of the screen:
This will open up a screen that looks similar to the inside of a contract job, but with no Plan & Track or Contract section:
Clicking Activity at the top of the screen will pull up a list of every purchase, material allocation, bill, time entry, and invoice associated with this ticket.
